Imagery

Imagery on this site is original, licensed, or AI-generated and is illustrative rather than documentary. It is not represented as a photograph of any specific property, residence, person, or business unless expressly captioned as such. If you believe an image resembles protected work you own, submit a notice as described below and we will review it promptly.

Copyright infringement notices (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, submit a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, with the exact URL(s) on this site.
  3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature, and a means by which we may respond to you.

Notices must be submitted in writing to the site operator through the hosting provider or registrar of record for this domain, which maintains the operator's current notice address. This site does not host user-generated content, does not operate submission forms, and does not publish contact details; the registrar/host channel is the designated route for legal notices.

We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice without prior notice and without admission of liability. Counter-notices meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) may be submitted through the same channel. Notices submitted in bad faith may expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Corrections rather than removal

Where a concern relates to factual accuracy rather than copyright, we generally prefer to correct the page. Our correction standards are set out in our editorial policy.
