1. Establish the jurisdiction before anything else
Ask which municipality the parcel is in, or whether it is unincorporated Union County. That single answer drives municipal property tax, code enforcement, permitting counter, trash service and often water and sewer. A Waxhaw address does not answer it.
2. Establish the school assignment from UCPS, per address

4. Establish water, sewer and septic
